Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and quite modern rooms that are marvelous and truly stunning. The service provided by the friendly and helpful staff, including 2 discount coupons, was absolutely wonderful. The location, with a bus stop just steps away and a gorgeous lake view, is fantastic. The dining experience, including a breakfast buffet and beautiful pan-roasted beef tenderloin, was very good overall. The facilities are well-maintained and impressive.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a beautiful view of the lake, and the private open-air bath was a peaceful retreat. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location provided breathtaking views of the lake and Mt. Fuji, but the distance from Kawaguchiko Station was a bit inconvenient. The dining experience was delicious with a variety of dishes to try, though some service improvements could enhance the overall experience.
The hotel offers a mix of great views and convenience, with spacious rooms and excellent service. The dining options were delightful, but some areas needed better attention to cleanliness. Overall, a lovely stay with value for money.
I couldn't get enough of the wonderful lake view from the over-the-top room with a huge bath and the modern bathrooms with Shiseido products, although the area felt stuffy at times. The hotel offers two rooms that looked out to the lake and a mix of bright and large spaces but an upgrade might be on the horizon to address the slight smell issue and pricing concerns.
I stayed at the hotel that offers great amenities like karaoke and an arcade. The traditional style rooms were a bit small for four people, but they had excellent bathroom facilities and even a private hot tub on the balcony. The service was exceptional, with polite and attentive staff members. The location, near the lake and with a view of Mt Fuji, was lovely for a relaxing stroll. The dining experience was delightful, featuring a variety of delicious dishes. Overall, a great stay with a few minor room size issues.
I must say, the hotel is truly a winner with its indoor hot bath facing Fujisan and the private balcony Onsen. However, it's a real shame that there aren't any chairs or couches in the room for lounging around.
